We visit here often and we are always amazed at the FAST service, delicious food, and friendly staff. It's a tucked away gem.

I'm in loooove with this place. I'm a college student and grew up in California so this is like eating at home. They need one in Savannah. When I drive here it's a must I stop by. Elizabeth is the sweetest too. All the servers are. The self serve nacho station puts the icing on the cake. Hope I find me a nice hard working sexy Mexican man here too lol. I'm a customer for life

This is the most authentic Mexican restaurant in Statesboro. The food is always cooked perfectly and the large large portions Are often enough to share. The service is always prompt and just overall AWESOME!

It is really good. If you're really hungry there are some really good meals that will definitely fill you up for sure. I personally think that you should try it

Excellent food. You have to get the chips yourself for those that have never been but they have all kinds of stuff for dipping. Definitely going to go again and try something else. Fajitas were great as is the sweet tea.

My husband and I have enjoyed El Rinconcito for many years and have always received exceptional food and service. Today we decided to stay in and order takeout. I suggested El Rinconcito, because I had been craving their steak parmesan. I placed the order and picked it up. After getting home and sitting down with my food I noticed that it didn't have any parmesan sauce and there was a huge piece of fat where my steak should be. I was very disappointed. I have enjoyed this place for years and I will be back, but will not place any to go orders in the future.

Closest thing to authentic cuisine in the boro. Their homemade soft corn tortillas are amazing! The service is incredibly quick, prices are good and food is great. Plus they have a great little chips and salsa bar to pick your favorites.

I always get my food really fast, amazing authentic food and the chip & dip bar is awesome. Most Mexican restaurants only bring you chips and salsa to your table but they have lots more options and it’s always fresh and really good.

Very good food. It was a busy Sat night, and it took a while to get our order in. But the Fajitas and Texas Taco Salad were out to our table in no time, fajitas hot & sizzling. Restaurant is nothing fancy, but the prices are good and the food was great. Serve yourself chips & salsa with a lot of sauce/relish choices.

Love the salsa bar! Everything is prepared fresh. No lard in their beans. Service is great too.

I enjoyed a great meal here. The Salsa Bar is terrific. The Chili Rellano was the best I have ever had, If you find yourself in Statesboro, this is a good place to try.

First time there, everything we ordered was great! I had the Texas Fajitas, came out sizzling hot and sooo tasty, Hubby had the chicken Jumbo Burrito- it was massive and he ate the entire thing because it tasted so good! We will be back!

You want to be a college kid go to El sombrero. For real authenticity this is the place to be. The food is delicious & the wait time on your order is just a few minutes. I go at least once a week. I've never been disappointed.

This place is awesome! The nacho bar is great! If you get the Texano Burrito you will not be disappointed!

It's the real deal baby. Delicious Mexican plates including my favorite parmesan fajitas. The amazing tortilla chip bar will have you coming back for more. Oh wait, they also have a Mexican store on the side where you can get delicious Mexican candies and groceries. For me El Milagro tostada's and Saltada saltine crackers are a must buy.

The salsa bar is one of the best I’ve ever experienced...

The food was hot and fresh when it arrived to the table. Great taste! Absolutely loved our entrees. The deserts were okay. The flan was very stiff and sweet. I expected it to be soft when you cut through it was the spoon but it was almost like chewing off a block of cheese. Overall service was excellent - waitress was attentive.

Everything I've tried here is amazing! I highly suggest the chorizo tacos!

It's very authentic Mexican food, very fast paced and fast service. They never get our order wrong and the staff is very kind, professional, and organized!

We went last night for the first time. We've been in GA now for a little over 2 years. Read the reviews on here. Food was good. Salsa bar with different kinds of salsa and you get your own chips. I got beans, a chicken enchilada, and a beef quesadilla. My food was well-prepared. We got a cheese dip, too. It was good also. Would go back. I think this restaurant is a little better than the other ones in Statesboro. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give it an 8. Would go back.

Fresh tasty and great service

Hands down the most authentic Mexican food in Bulloch County. When I saw they have menudo on the weekends, I knew I was in the right spot. Their tacos are HUGE! Wish I would have known before I got three of them😀. Also got a ceviche tostada that was also huge. Very well made food and friendly staff. The mercado was a welcome find as well for all my Mexican specialty foods. Hope it's locally owned 🤞

Never disappoints. Our favorite place to eat in the boro. So glad they have Lengua and Barabcoa as options here, if you havent tried either of these on one of their tortas you are missing out. I have never gotten a bad meal or bad service here. Always delicious, and always friendly and fast service!

Best authentic Mexican food in Statesboro. Ne reason going anywhere else.

This is some of the best, most authentic Mexican food around! They have some great daily specials and some unique dishes you can't get anywhere else in Statesboro! Their fajitas and pulled pork tacos are my go-to's, but I am yet to taste something I don't like.On top of all that, chips and salsa are "serve yourself" so you don't have to wait around for them to bring out chips or extra salsa! This place absolutely sets themselves apart from everywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

As a New Mexican that came to Georgia, not expecting good Mexican food, this place really hit the spot! The salsa was spicy, the tortilla chips were plenty, and all the food was affordable. It has all the options of a standard Mexican restaurant (sides and all).
